Top-up credits
How credits work
- Plan credits arrive on your billing date each month (annual plans too, monthly). Unused plan credits don’t roll over.
- Top-up credits never expire. Plan credits are always used first, then top-ups.
- PDFs, share links, badges, Citations and Share of Voice are free: they use results you already have.
- Cancel any time: you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Upgrading (Pro → Agency, or monthly → annual) starts straight away and your leftover plan credits become top-ups. Moving down (Agency → Pro, or annual → monthly) starts when the period you’ve paid for ends.
